Our fresh juices are not pasteurised; keep them chilled and drink within the date on the bottle.
Do you add sugar?

BELFORD TOV ("Belford Fresh", "we"), 2-A Komisara Rykova St., Kyiv, produces fruit and vegetable juices, trades fruit, vegetables, dairy, oils, coffee, tea, spices and other food wholesale and retail, runs a food store, retails plants, seeds, fertilisers, pets and pet food, and provides road freight. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Shop and delivery customers
In-store purchases are recorded without personal data. Delivery orders: name, phone, address and order.
3. Wholesale customers
Business contacts, delivery points, contracts and invoices.
4. Food traceability
We record juice batches and their distribution to business customers, as required by food safety law.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, tax), legitimate interests (quality).
6. Recipients
Couriers, payment providers, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
